- Disc Surface Care: Ensure the disc surface remains clean and mirror-like. If friction marks or contamination are present, replace both the discs and pads to maintain optimal braking performance.
- Break-In Period: Allow the new pads to fully bed in with the metal discs to achieve the best performance. Properly broken-in pads provide excellent high-temperature load capacity and adapt well to various environmental conditions.

1) 30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact support@accebike.com to initiate a return.
2) Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a return or exchange if the item meets return conditions.
3) Non-Returnable Items
Customized products are non-refundable unless defective. Items returned without prior contact won't be accepted.
4) Return Shipping Costs
ACCEBIKE covers shipping for returns due to our errors (wrong, damaged, or defective items). For other returns (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer bears shipping costs and a 55% return fee.
5) Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving your return. Expect the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
