However, if any issue arises with the product you receive, we will do our best to address it and ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before starting a return, you can contact us at support@accebike.com. Please note that the return address and instructions will be provided via email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has a quality issue, such as damage or defects caused by shipping or manufacturing, which affects its normal use.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You can request a return/exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchased item.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Customized products are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

We will not issue refunds for items returned to us without prior contact.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?

Our comprehensive 30-day return/exchange policy covers the following situations, and ACCEBIKE will refund all shipping costs:

  • If we sent the wrong order or product, or if you received any damaged items, or if the product you received is of poor quality/defective.
  • For our 30-day limited warranty return/exchange policy, covering the following reasons, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:
    • Incorrect product size selection.
    • Change of mind, personal taste, or other personal reasons.

If the error is ours, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please note that for all non-quality-related returns, we will charge a 55% return fee, and you should bear the shipping cost. Specific fees will depend on the courier company you choose, and we appreciate your understanding.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

We will process your refund within two days of receiving your package. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

Returned products must be unused and sent back to us in their original packaging.
