Shipping Options

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on ebike accesssories to the contiguous 48 states of the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, or other U.S. territories).

Free Accessories Shipping: Orders over $50 for accessories qualify for free shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories). For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $10 will be applied.

Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

After your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipment. Most items take 1-3 business days to process. We strive to have your order ready for shipping as quickly as possible.

Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package once it has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to become available.

Shipping Details

International Orders

Currently Not Available: We do not currently offer international shipping. However, if you wish to place an order from outside the U.S., please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order or change the delivery address or product model free of charge before shipment.

After Shipment: If you wish to cancel any order after it has been shipped (tracking number issued), the shipping cost will be your responsibility. The specific cost will depend on the courier service you choose, and an additional $10 restocking fee will apply.

No Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.

Customs Tax or Duty

Tax and Duty Information: Please note that prices for products purchased from our website do not include taxes or duties. Buyers are responsible for paying any taxes and duties required to receive their package. ACCEBIKE does not charge these fees, so we cannot provide specific amounts or offer refunds.
