【Attention】: ① Do not remove the yellow protector and press the brake lever before installing the brake, as this will damage the brake. Please fully install it on the scooter before pressing the brake lever for testing
②The brake has been filled with oil, so it is not necessary to fill it for the first installation. Please connect the brake lever in the order shown in the video, and be careful not to let the oil flow out when connecting
③ The original brake pads are already installed in the caliper, so there is no need to install the brake pads when using it for the first time. If you want spare brake pads, you can purchase them additionally.

The following brake pads are original brake pads, which are included in the caliper. If you need replaceable brake pads, you can purchase cooling brake pads separately in our link!

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact support@accebike.com to initiate a return.

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a return or exchange if the item meets return conditions.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Customized products are non-refundable unless defective. Items returned without prior contact won't be accepted.

4) Return Shipping Costs

ACCEBIKE covers shipping for returns due to our errors (wrong, damaged, or defective items). For other returns (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer bears shipping costs and a 55% return fee.

5) Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving your return. Expect the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
