Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 7-30 business days, depending on location.

1) Shipping Options

Free Shipping: Available for accessories to the contiguous U.S. (excludes certain areas).
Orders over $50: Free shipping; under $50: $10 fee.

2) Order Changes & Cancellations

Free changes before shipment. After shipment, buyer covers shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee.

3) Customs & Duties

Buyer is responsible for any taxes and duties.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If an issue arises, we'll do our best to resolve it.

1) 30-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact support@accebike.com to initiate a return.

2) Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a return or exchange if the item meets return conditions.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Customized products are non-refundable unless defective. Items returned without prior contact won't be accepted.

4) Return Shipping Costs

ACCEBIKE covers shipping for returns due to our errors (wrong, damaged, or defective items). For other returns (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer bears shipping costs and a 55% return fee.

5) Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving your return. Expect the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
